House rules
Cancellations more than 60 days before arrival are refunded less a penalty equal to 10% of the total rental fee. Cancellations within 60 days of arrival are non-refundable. Stays during December 19 through January 9 are always non-refundable. September is the annual maintenance closure period at Glitter Bay Estate; minor disruption may occur during the final week of August while preparations begin, although amenities remain open. No washer or dryer is available on site.
Getting there
The condo is in St James, Barbados, 12 minutes from Holetown and 12 minutes from Speightstown. The development is beachfront and offers beach access, beach chairs, and a beach shower.
