## About the house

The apartment has traditional interiors, clay-tile floors and an open-plan kitchen and living area opening onto a covered balcony overlooking the resort and Caribbean Sea. The master bedroom also opens onto the balcony. Both bedrooms have air conditioning; the living areas do not. An elevator serves the condo. Guests have access to a shared free-form resort pool, tennis courts, a resort gym, a restaurant and casual beachside bar. Other amenities include ceiling fans, a hair dryer, cable TV, a security safe, 24-hour guard service, table tennis, gardens, beach chairs and a beach shower. Watersports and a beachside barbecue are available on request. Housekeeping service is provided.

A shared free-form swimming pool is within the Glitter Bay resort grounds, a few steps from the apartment. September is the estate's annual maintenance closure period; minor disruption may occur during the final week of August, when amenities remain open.

The apartment is on the first floor with elevator access. Heron Bay beach is directly accessible through the resort grounds, a few steps away. Holetown is a 6-minute drive, Massy Stores Sunset Crest a 4-minute drive, Lone Star Restaurant a 2-minute drive and Grantley Adams International Airport a 39-minute drive. September is Glitter Bay Estate's annual maintenance closure period. Minor disruption may occur during the final week of August as preparations begin, with all amenities remaining open during that week.

Guests under 12 are not permitted to visit or stay. Smoking is permitted only on open terraces. Cancellations more than 60 days before arrival receive a refund of the deposit less a penalty equal to 10% of the total rental fee. Cancellations within 60 days of arrival are non-refundable. The Christmas period, December 19–January 9, is always non-refundable.
