Cancellations made more than 60 days before arrival receive a refund of the deposit paid less a penalty equal to 10% of the total rental fee. Cancellations within 60 days of arrival are non-refundable. The Christmas period from December 19 to January 9 is always non-refundable. September is the annual maintenance closure period at Glitter Bay Estate; minor disruption may occur during the final week of August, while amenities remain open.
Getting there
The condo is beachfront and has beach access within Glitter Bay Resort. Holetown and Speightstown are each stated to be 12 minutes away. The property is a ground-floor unit.
