## About the house

The property consists of two separate buildings: a restored farmhouse for ten guests and a converted barn for six. Each building has its own kitchen, living areas and sleeping quarters. The property has eight bedrooms, five bathrooms, a shaded portico, a gazebo for outdoor dining, a fenced garden and a panoramic pool. It is in the Florentine Val d'Elsa near Gambassi Terme and Certaldo, with access to Volterra, San Gimignano and other Tuscan destinations.

The property is near Gambassi Terme and Certaldo. Gambassi Terme is 6 km away, Certaldo train station is 12 km away, Volterra is 25 km away and San Gimignano is 16 km away. The access road is paved to the gate. Uncovered parking is inside the property. The property is not certified for reduced-mobility access.

The property is rented as a private structure. Parties, events and visitors exceeding the maximum guest limit are strictly forbidden without prior written authorization and agreed terms. Unauthorised chefs and suppliers are not permitted. Pets are allowed, with mandatory extra cleaning in case of animals.
