The main level has an open-layout great room with sofas and a wet bar with a mini fridge and small dishwasher. The gas fireplace is sealed and not operable. An adjacent media room has a large sectional sofa and wall-mounted TV. The fully equipped kitchen includes stainless steel appliances and a gas range. A grill is available on the deck.

The main-level primary bedroom has a king bed, TV and private bathroom with a soaking tub and large tiled shower with a rainfall showerhead. Upstairs are two queen-bed suites, a bedroom with two bunk beds and a bedroom with three twin beds. The loft provides additional living space with a TV, wet bar, mini fridge and queen sleeper sofa, and opens onto a balcony.

The front deck has filtered lake views through the trees. The community dock is a short walk away, with shaded picnic tables nearby. A hot tub, heating, washer and dryer, free Wi-Fi and free parking are available.

Deep Creek Lake State Park is within a five-minute drive and offers a sandy swimming beach, hiking and biking trails, a fishing pier and the Discovery Center's environmental programs. Restaurants, shops, marinas and mini golf are within easy reach. Wisp Resort offers golf, skiing, mountain biking, snow tubing, disc golf, a mountain coaster and cross-country skiing. The Adventure Sports Center offers guided white-water rafting. Downtown Oakland has antique shops, eateries and three museums.

A 4WD vehicle is required from November through March. Dock availability is subject to weather, water levels and other natural factors.
