House rules
The accommodation is suitable for a maximum of 14 adults only. The tri-bunk beds in the studio and guest house are suitable for two adults and one child only. King beds can be split into two single beds on request. External cameras are installed for property safety and are not monitored when guests are in the house.
Getting there
The property is in Ewingsdale, 8 minutes' drive from Byron Bay and 5 minutes' drive from the beaches of Belongil and Byron Bay. A long winding driveway leads to the property. The listing provides two car spaces.
