This 145 sqm home extends over four levels. The entrance level has two sitting rooms, including one with a woodburning stove, with houseplants and artwork throughout the living spaces. The open-plan kitchen and dining room is one level below the entrance. A private courtyard garden has outdoor seating and a large wood-fired barbecue.

The three bedrooms are spread across two levels: two have a queen-size bed each, and the third has a single sofa bed that can be prepared on request when booking. The two bathrooms provide a shower and a freestanding bathtub. The fireplaces in the second and third bedrooms are ornamental.

Kitchen equipment includes an electric oven, hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, blender and juicer. A washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, towels, cable TV and sound system are provided. Smoke and carbon monoxide detectors are available.

The nearest Tube station is less than half a mile away. London Bridge and the Sky Garden are around ten minutes away. Noise from the nearby Tube depot can be heard indoors, with trains running early in the morning and returning late in the evening.
