The house

The house has a lawn surrounding the house and pool, four sun loungers and an outdoor shower. The chlorine pool measures 8 × 4 metres, with depths from 1.20 to 2 metres. A porch with vertical awning windows contains a built-in barbecue, and there is a children's play area. A front terrace is shaded by a large awning.

Inside, the dining room overlooks the garden, pool and mountains and connects to a sitting room with sofas, armchairs and television. The kitchen has a gas hob, oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, blender, toaster, coffee machine, juicer, crockery and a table with chairs. The house has oil-fired central heating.

There are three bedrooms, each with a wardrobe. Bedroom 1 has a double bed, air conditioning and an en-suite shower bathroom. Bedroom 2 has two single beds and a fan; Bedroom 3 has a double bed and a fan. A second bathroom has a hydromassage bathtub. A washing machine, iron, ironing board, hair dryer and towels are provided. A cot and high chair are available on request.

El Arenal Beach is 3.5 km away, with shops, restaurants and water sports. Xàbia town is 3.3 km away. Exterior parking accommodates two cars. Wi-Fi is optional at €35 per stay. The accommodation is intended for families and guests over 30 seeking a peaceful stay; parties, celebrations, events and pets are not permitted.
