House rules
Maximum occupancy is 10 people. Everyone in the group must be over 31 or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Smoking, parties, events and pets are prohibited. A credit card preauthorization of $3,500.00 is required at check-in as a damage deposit. Shipping packages or ski gear directly to the home is prohibited; shipping to the local office address is available upon request for $50 / package and $75 for larger items. Contact the Reservation Team for details. Reservations exceeding eight days require an In-Stay Refresh arranged by the Reservation Team, with payment processed separately. Stays of 30 nights or more are non-refundable and require additional cleaning arranged by the Reservation Team with separate payment. Early check-in or late checkout requires authorization by text message from a Telluride InvitedHome team member and depends on availability.
Getting there
Downtown Telluride is a minute away. The home is on a bus route. A maximum of four cars is allowed, with two garage spaces and two driveway spaces. Everyone in the group must be over 31 or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
