The 6,138-square-foot home has five bedrooms and five full bathrooms, with floor-to-ceiling windows in the main living area. The bedrooms contain two king beds, one Murphy bed, one queen bed and two double beds.

Outdoor facilities include a hot tub, a firepit, two outdoor fireplaces, a garden or backyard, balconies and an uncovered deck or patio. A lower lounge has a pool table and flatscreen TV; the home also has a game room, games, books, a smart TV and ski storage.

The kitchen includes a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, kitchen island, cooking basics, dishes and silverware, spices, a toaster, a standard drip coffee maker and a tea kettle. There is a dining table and a grill/BBQ area. Air conditioning, heating, free Wi-Fi, a washer and dryer, an elevator, bed linens, towels, extra pillows and blankets, a hair dryer and ironing equipment are provided. Smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, a fire extinguisher and a first aid kit are available.

The home has a private entrance and private living room. Downtown Telluride is a minute away, and the home is on a bus route. Parking accommodates up to four cars, with two garage spaces and two driveway spaces. Long-term stays are also allowed.

Stays of 30 nights or more are non-refundable and require additional cleaning arranged by the Reservation Team with separate payment. Early check-in or late checkout requires authorization by text message from a Telluride InvitedHome team member and depends on availability.
