The airport shuttle runs after every flight and costs 125 NOK per person. Stay within Longyearbyen’s city limits and do not go past the polar bear warning signs at the edge of town; use a guided tour to explore farther out.

## How do I get here from the airport?
A shuttle bus waits outside the airport after every flight. No booking is needed; it costs 125 NOK per person.

A breakfast buffet is included every morning from 07:30 to 10:00 on the first floor.

## Are the bathrooms shared?
Yes. All bathrooms and toilets are shared on each floor. Every room has its own sink. Bed linen, towels, shampoo and shower gel are provided.

Yes. There is a fully equipped self-catering kitchen on the second floor. Label food in the fridge with your name and check-out date.

## Where do activities pick me up?
Almost every tour includes pick-up. Choose your pick-up point when booking.

## When can I see the northern lights?
They may be visible from October until early March. From mid-November to mid-February it is dark all day, so the aurora can appear at any hour.

## What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in starts at 14:00 and check-out is by 11:00. Early arrivals can leave luggage and use the lounges. Direct bookers receive priority for early check-in when a room is ready.
