The apartment is on the first floor without a lift. A bright living area has a sofa and TV, with vintage furniture and paintings throughout the home. A separate, fully equipped kitchen includes a moka coffee maker, kettle, microwave, oven, fridge and freezer. The dining room has a sofa and dining table and opens onto a small balcony; a terrace is also included among the home features.

The three bedrooms contain two queen-size beds and one French double bed. One bedroom has an en-suite bathroom. There are two bathrooms in total, one with a shower and one with a bathtub. A hairdryer, washing machine and iron are available, along with air conditioning and Wi-Fi.

The apartment is a few meters from Via Roma, the Church of San Cataldo and the Church of Martorana. Palermo offers a Baroque itinerary including the Holy Savior, Santa Maria del Monte Oliveto and Conception churches, and a historic-market tour covering Ballarò and Capo. Palermo Falcone e Borsellino Airport is a 40-minute drive away, and Palermo Centrale train station is a 5-minute drive away.

The central area is lively, with possible evening and nighttime noise from clubs and gathering places, as well as construction noise associated with urban redevelopment. The apartment is within a limited traffic zone. A tourist tax may be payable before or at arrival, according to local regulations.

Clubs and gathering places may cause evening and nighttime noise; nearby redevelopment construction may also cause noise. Palermo Falcone e Borsellino Airport is a 40-minute drive away; Palermo Centrale train station is a 5-minute drive away.

Parties and events are not allowed. Smoking is not permitted. Contact the team for more information before travelling with pets. Arrange check-in with the local team at least 48 hours before arrival. The arrival window begins at 15:00 or 16:00 depending on the destination and ends at 20:00. Late check-in and late check-out are available on request, subject to availability. Arrivals after 20:00 may incur an additional charge of € 20 to € 40. A tourist tax may be required at arrival or a few days beforehand; the amount depends on local regulations.
