## About the house

The second-floor apartment has an entrance hallway with a large open kitchen and stools. Kitchen equipment includes an oven, kettle, coffee maker, fridge and freezer. The sleeping and living space has a queen-size bed, a single armchair bed, television, and a desk with a chair. A bathroom with a shower and a small balcony overlooking the building’s entrance alley complete the layout. A hairdryer and iron are provided, along with air conditioning and Wi-Fi.

The apartment is in the old town’s limited traffic zone. Nearby public parking is recommended, with exploration of the old town on foot. Catania Fontanarossa Airport is just over an hour’s drive away, and the train station is a 30-minute walk away. Ortigia has the Zefiro and Nettuno solariums and the small free beach of Cala Rossa. Cultural attractions in Syracuse include the Greek theatre and archaeological park, the Ear of Dionysius, the Paolo Orsi Museum and the Latomie dei Cappuccini.

Arrange your check-in time with the local team at least 48 hours before arrival. Check-in runs from 15:00 or 16:00, depending on the destination, until 20:00. Late check-in and late check-out are available on request and subject to availability. Arrivals after 20:00 may incur an additional charge from € 20 to € 40. A tourist tax may be payable upon arrival or a few days before arrival, according to local regulations; reservation details are available in the Wonderful Italy Guest Area.
