The house

This 58-square-metre home is arranged over two floors. Exposed beams, a pitched ceiling, raw brick walls, artwork and wooden floorboards frame the open-plan living space. The high-ceilinged, skylit sitting room has a corner sofa and a desk. Outdoor spaces include a patio, balcony and terrace.

Bedroom 1 has a double bed. Bedroom 2 has a single bed and a pull-out single bed, allowing a twin setup. The master bedroom has French doors opening outdoors. Neither bedroom has permanent storage; a hanging rail and collapsible shelves are provided.

The kitchen includes a coffee maker, dishwasher, electric oven, hob, fridge, freezer, microwave, kettle and toaster. Other facilities include a washing machine, TV, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, towels, smoke detectors and a carbon monoxide detector. Both bedrooms and the sitting room have air conditioning. Fans are provided between May and September for rooms that need them; request fans for stays outside that period.

One off-street parking space may be available by advance arrangement. The home is suitable for children and infants.
