## About the house

A former farm and family home now operating as a guesthouse, with four individually named rooms. The property offers a guest table with meals prepared using regional and seasonal products. The adjacent barn was destroyed by fire in October 2024; the house was not affected, and the fire site is isolated and secured. The view of the damaged area remains visible while reconstruction is pending.

The property is in Girolles, near Vézelay and Avallon and at the edge of the Morvan Regional Natural Park. Chablis is 35 km away. Le Pigeonnier has many stairs and is not suitable for people with reduced mobility or families with young children.

Other animals are not accepted. The property has two resident Labradors and a cat. A cot may be added to Mademoiselle Rolande.
