The house

Renovated and redesigned in early 2023, Girasol occupies approximately 222 square metres across the ground, lower-ground, upper and attic floors of a house section. Designer furniture and lighting accompany a home cinema with a 75-inch television, SONOS sound and a large lounge sofa. A separate seating area faces a wood-burning fireplace, and the dining table seats ten. The kitchen and living room have SONOS sound systems. The private south-facing garden has a large wooden terrace, a beach chair and garden furniture available approximately April–October. The upper-floor master bedroom has a television, a separate walk-in wardrobe and an en-suite bathroom with a private sauna, bathtub and large shower. The open-plan attic has two single beds, with a mattress lounging area in the separate roof loft. A dedicated shower room with WC for the attic is on the upper floor. Two lower-ground bedrooms each have a double bed, television and en-suite shower room with WC. The lower-ground area also has a separate exterior entrance and a laundry room. A guest WC is on the ground floor. Heating, an outdoor grill and an ironing board are available.
