## About the house

The apartment accommodates five guests. Three steps lead down to a small entrance atrium. The separate kitchen has a dishwasher, oven, kettle, microwave, moka coffee maker, fridge and freezer, plus a small balcony.

Near the entrance are a bathroom with a shower and toilet and a bedroom with one single bed. A long corridor leads to a second bathroom with a bathtub and toilet and two bedrooms, each with a queen-size bed, closet and drawers. The large living room has a sea view, TV, dining table and furnished balcony.

Air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a washing machine, iron, fans and a hairdryer are provided. Santa Margherita Ligure lies on the Ligurian Riviera di Levante, east of Genoa, between the Portofino promontory and the Tigullio Gulf. Part of the municipality falls within Portofino Regional Nature Park. The train station is a five-minute drive from the apartment, and Genoa airport is about 40 km away.

A tourist tax may be payable on arrival or a few days beforehand, with the amount determined by local regulations. Reservation information is available in the Wonderful Italy Guest Area.

Entry requires descending three steps. The apartment is on the first hillside above Santa Margherita Ligure, a few minutes from the city center. Santa Margherita Ligure train station is a five-minute drive away; Genoa airport is about 40 km away.

Parties and events are not allowed. Smoking is not permitted. Contact the local team for information before travelling with pets. Arrange your check-in time with the local team at least 48 hours before arrival. The arrival window starts at 15:00 or 16:00 depending on destination and ends at 20:00. Late check-in and check-out are available on request and subject to availability. Arrivals after 20:00 may incur an additional charge from € 20 to € 40. A tourist tax may be payable on arrival or a few days before arrival; its amount varies with local regulations. Reservation information is available in the Wonderful Italy Guest Area.
