Pets, smoking and events are not allowed. The fireplace and wood cooker cannot be used. Remove all rubbish and leave the property tidy before departure; otherwise €90 will be deducted from the security deposit. Mandatory Ecotasa applies to all guests except those under 16: €0.55 per guest per night in low season and €2.2 per guest per night in high season, reduced by half from the ninth day of the stay. Consult the advertiser about possible charges.
