The outdoor areas include a fenced chlorine pool measuring 7.5 × 3.5 m, with depths from 0.90 to 2 m, sun loungers, lawns and a covered porch with an outdoor dining table and barbecue.

The ground floor has an equipped gas kitchen and a living-dining area with air conditioning and satellite TV. There is a double bedroom, a bathroom with a bathtub, and a laundry room with a washing machine, iron and ironing board. Upstairs, a second living room has sofas. The three upstairs bedrooms comprise one twin room and two double rooms, each with a fan and wardrobe. A bathroom with a shower completes this floor. A cot and highchair can be provided. The kitchen also has a microwave. Wi-Fi and free exterior parking for three cars are available.

Supermarkets, bars, restaurants and small shops are relatively close by. Algaida holds its market on Fridays. Platja de S'Arenal in Palma is 21 km away; Cala Pi and Es Trenc are other beach destinations. Golf Son Gual is 15.1 km away.

A change of towels and sheets during the stay is included. The fireplace and wood cooker cannot be used. Pets, smoking and events are not allowed. Consult the advertiser about possible charges. Guests must remove rubbish and leave the property tidy before departure; otherwise €90 will be deducted from the security deposit. Mandatory Ecotasa applies to guests aged 16 and over, from €0.55 per guest per night in low season to €2.2 per guest per night in high season, reduced by half from the ninth day of the stay.
