For One Bedroom Twin-Share Apartments, rates cover two guests; an extra nightly fee of $50 per person applies to the third and fourth guests. In the King Studio, the super king bed can be split into two singles for $30 by contacting the hotel directly. A roll-away bed for a third person can be provided for $30.

Lambton Quay and The Terrace are a two-minute walk away. Habit Health and Fitness Club is located in Majestic Tower on Boulcott Street.
