The property is non-smoking. Schoolies, bucks and hens groups are not suitable. Parties are not permitted. The maximum occupancy is 4, with a stated configuration of 2 adults and 2 children, or 3 adults and 1 child; the bunk bed is suitable for two children or an adult sharing with a child.
Getting there
The studio is a 2-minute walk from town and less than a 10-minute walk from Main Beach. Cape Byron Lighthouse is a 10-minute drive away. Parking is limited to one vehicle in the rear laneway.
