House rules
The property is non-smoking. Schoolies, bucks and hens groups are not suitable. Parties are strictly prohibited, and bookings may be cancelled if these policies are breached. The studio is open plan: its loft bedroom has no door, while the media room and bathroom can be closed off. The studio sleeping arrangement is described as suitable for two adults and two children, or three adults and one child; the property accommodates up to 12 guests, with a maximum of 10 adults.
Getting there
The town centre is a five-minute walk away and Main Beach is a ten-minute walk away. Cape Byron Lighthouse is a ten-minute drive. Off-street parking is available, but the stated vehicle capacity differs between one and two spaces.
