The 68-square-metre apartment is arranged over two floors. The entrance leads upstairs to a kitchen with white cabinets and a wooden dining table. A door leads down to a paved communal garden. The sitting room has a large gilt mirror, bookshelves and a grey sofa bed, which can be prepared for two on request when booking.

The main bedroom has an ornate armchair, and the second bedroom has an antique sideboard and vintage globe. The bathroom has a bath with shower, a sash window, white metro tiles and a pastel-green colour scheme.

Kitchen equipment includes an electric oven, hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, kettle and toaster. Other facilities include television with cable channels, a fireplace, a washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board, hair dryer and towels.
