## About the house

The apartment accommodates up to nine guests and has a large garden with a barbecue and a covered relaxation area. The sitting room contains a sofa, armchairs and a table with a bench. A corridor leads to a kitchen with a dining table, oven, dishwasher, kettle, fridge and freezer. The kitchen opens onto a covered rear terrace with a large outdoor dining table.

There are four bedrooms: a ground-floor bedroom with a queen-size bed and closet; two lower-floor bedrooms, each with a queen-size bed and dresser; and a third lower-floor bedroom with a bunk bed, a single bed and closet. Two bathrooms have showers. Other facilities include Wi-Fi, a washing machine, iron, television, fans and a hairdryer.

La Cinta Beach is a few minutes away. Olbia Costa Smeralda Airport is a 25-minute drive away.

Parties and events are not allowed. Smoking is not permitted. Contact the team for more information before travelling with pets. Arrange your check-in time with the local team at least 48 hours before arrival. Standard check-in ends at 20:00; the start time is 15:00 or 16:00 depending on the destination. Late check-in and check-out are available on request, subject to availability. Arrivals after 20:00 may incur an additional charge of € 20 to € 40. A tourist tax may be payable on arrival or a few days beforehand, according to local regulations.
