The house

The home spans three levels and has nine full bathrooms and two half bathrooms. Level 1 includes two ensuite bedrooms, a bunk-and-trundle bedroom, a separate full bathroom with a shower/tub combination, and a game room with a pool table, surround sound, game table and wet bar. A grill and picnic area and stairs to the pool area are also on this level.

Level 2 has five ensuite bedrooms, a laundry room and foyer, with access to a patio with a gated private pool, hot tub and tiki bar. A dune deck overlooks the pool and ocean. Level 3 contains an oceanside king ensuite with a standing shower and whirlpool tub, a half bathroom, a living room with surround sound, kitchen, dining area and breakfast area. Stairs lead to the pool area. A ship's watch provides an additional sitting spot.

Outdoor facilities include a poolside cabana, picnic area, outdoor furniture, charcoal and gas grills, basketball hoop, outdoor shower, and private beach walkway with steps. Five beach chairs are provided. The kitchen includes dishes, utensils, cookware, dishwasher, microwave, blender, drip coffee maker and toaster. Other facilities include an elevator, central heating and air conditioning, Wi-Fi, streaming TV, multiple TVs, washer and dryer, bath towels, bed linens, pillows and blankets, an iron and ironing board, and a private well.

The gas fireplace is available January 1–April 26 and October 10–December 31 in 2026, and January 1–April 24 and October 10–December 31 in 2027. Access to the home requires a four-wheel-drive vehicle.
