The house

This renovated, 1,800-square-foot cottage has an open-plan interior with high ceilings, oversized windows, water views and indoor/outdoor living. The kitchen includes gas cooking, an oven, refrigerator, wine fridge, ice maker, dishwasher, microwave, coffee equipment, toaster, blender and cooking essentials. There is a formal dining area and a separate den with a TV.

All three bedrooms are on the main floor. The primary suite has a king bed, a bay window with water views, a closet and a full ensuite bathroom with a shower. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed. Bedroom 3 has a double/full bed, an ensuite bathroom, TV and closet. All three bedrooms have air conditioning. There are three full bathrooms with showers. Linens, bath towels, beach towels and basic bath essentials are provided.

Outdoor facilities include a gas grill, wood-burning fire pit and hot-and-cold outdoor shower. A kayak, paddle board, two adult bicycles and beach umbrella are available. Louse Point Beach, Springs General Store and the Pollock-Krasner House are nearby places to explore, and East Hampton village is a short drive away.

The cottage has central air conditioning, heating, Wi-Fi, a laptop-friendly workspace, parking, a washer and dryer, smart TV and Sonos speakers. Smoke and carbon monoxide detectors and a fire extinguisher are provided. The homeowner manages on-the-ground operations and guest communication after booking confirmation.
