The house

The apartment accommodates two guests and suits couples or solo travellers. Its light-filled living area has a pink sofa and a TV for watching Netflix, and opens directly onto a private balcony overlooking the streetscape. A small dining table doubles as a laptop workspace. The fully equipped country-style kitchen includes a microwave and coffee maker.

The bedroom has one queen bed, bedside tables, reading lights and built-in wardrobes. The bathroom includes a bathtub, and an internal washing machine is available. Other facilities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning and a hair dryer. Guests can use the shared residents’ swimming pool, with summer swimming highlighted.

King Street’s restaurants, bars and shops are on the doorstep. The University of Sydney, Carriageworks arts precinct and Macdonaldtown Station are within walking distance, with easy access to Sydney’s CBD. RPA is nearby. Free street parking and paid off-site parking are available; there is no parking on the property.
