House rules
No smoking or vaping, pets or parties. The minimum age to rent is 21. All guests must complete a pre-check-in form and provide official photographic ID before arrival. Request the twin or super king arrangement for Bedroom 3 in advance. Standard check-in is between 15:00 and 21:00; contact Veeve to request arrival outside these hours. Check-in between 21:00 and 23:00 incurs an additional fee. Baby cots and highchairs are available to hire, subject to availability. Cancellation at least five days before check-in receives a full refund; cancellations less than five days before arrival are non-refundable.
Getting there
The home spans three floors, with all bedrooms on the lower ground floor. Bedroom 4 is reached through the main bedroom and its en-suite bathroom. The utility room is outside the apartment, off the building entrance hallway. Highbury & Islington station is approximately a nine-minute walk away; Upper Street is around six minutes away on foot.
