The entrance opens into a fully equipped kitchen with an island, breakfast-bar stools, fridge, freezer, double oven, espresso machine and wall-mounted TV. Additional kitchen equipment includes a dishwasher, hob, microwave, toaster and kettle. The adjoining dining area seats up to ten. The first-floor living room has three sofas, a projector screen with surround sound and a dedicated workspace. A separate utility room outside the apartment, accessed from the building entrance hallway, contains a washer/dryer and opens directly onto a large private furnished garden, with communal gardens beyond. All four bedrooms are on the lower ground floor. The main bedroom has built-in storage and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub, bidet and double sink. The second bedroom has a bunk bed and cupboard. The third has twin beds that can be arranged as a super king on advance request.
