George St Retreat accommodates up to nine guests across three bedrooms with one king bed each and a fourth bedroom with three single beds. The home has two bathrooms and a light-filled open-plan living area. The kitchen includes a convection microwave, electric stovetop, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator and kettle. Outdoor facilities include a BBQ, open-air and covered seating, a garden, a Springfree trampoline and a cubby house with a slide. Electric heating serves all bedrooms, bathrooms and the living area. TVs are provided in the living room and main bedroom, along with a DVD player, books, board games and children's books and toys. Linen, laundry facilities, a dryer, an iron, hot water, a bathtub, a shower and a smoke detector are provided. The home is suitable for children aged 2–12 and infants under two. A separately accessed holiday home occupies the upper level, which may be occupied by the owners.

No parties, including schoolies, hens or bucks gatherings. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 22:00 and 08:00. Unless previously agreed, stays are for private residential use and only the guests recorded on the booking may be accommodated. Bookings must reflect the exact guest count, and changes must be reported to the manager. Unless 'Pets Welcome' is advertised, pets are strictly prohibited. Required arrival days may apply during peak periods. Treat the property with the same respect as your own home and follow the house rules.
