The home occupies a converted malthouse formerly belonging to Devenish Brewery and retains original malthouse features alongside modern interiors. The Kellaway Court development has an electronic entrance gate and a gated courtyard.

External steps lead to the first-floor entrance and an open-plan living area. One bedroom is on this floor, with three further bedrooms upstairs. The home accommodates up to seven guests and has two bathrooms, a kitchen, Wi-Fi and a designated parking place. A cot and balcony are also available.

The harbour is close by, with bistros, cafés, local inns, restaurants and bars in the surrounding Brewers Quay area. The harbour and seafront offer places for a stroll.
