The hotel has two separate spa areas: an adults-only spa and a family spa with a textile area and Sky Pool. The 750 m² Montafoner Natur SPA includes a Sky Pool with mountain views, two jacuzzis, four saunas and two relaxation rooms. The Vermala Ursprung restaurant serves à-la-carte meals and regional cuisine; hotel guests can also book the ¾ Genuss board. Vermala Alp serves cheese fondue and Tatarenhut in winter, and the Herzstück house bar serves cocktails and Austrian wines.
Yoga sessions take place outdoors in nature in summer when the weather is good. Selected guided BergePLUS tours are free for hotel guests. Hotel guests receive a free e-bike day per stay for stays of at least three nights in summer, subject to availability; in summer, a free shuttle to the mountain lifts is available in winter.
