Two-storey house with sea view, located in Mondello Square, just a few minutes from the sea.
The entrance of the house opens onto a small hallway where there are stairs to access the apartment. Going up the stairs, you enter the living room which consists of a sofa that, if needed, becomes a double sofa bed, armchairs and a dining table. The kitchen overlooks the living room and is fully equipped; next to the kitchen there is a small room with a shower. Going up the stairs you reach the sleeping area where there is a double bedroom and a bathroom with a bathtub. The house is equipped with a small balcony overlooking Mondello Square and an internal balcony.

Palermo, among the most beautiful art cities in the country and capital of Sicily, offers the wonder of UNESCO World Heritage sites that can be visited in the four historic quarters of the city.
