The villa has a large porch, a garden with sun loungers and a barbecue. The ground-floor living room has air conditioning and a Smart TV. A mandatory Ecotasa tourist tax applies to guests aged 16 and over: 0.55€ per guest per night in low season and 2.2€ per guest per night in high season. The tax is reduced by half from the ninth day of the stay.
