The living room has two generous sofas, a round coffee table, floor-to-ceiling bookshelves, artwork and a gilded mirror. A timber-framed glass partition separates an office nook with a wooden desk and ergonomic chair. The adjacent dining area has a round table seating six, a marble fireplace and an ornate mirror.

The kitchen is undergoing a full renovation scheduled for completion by the end of June 2026, with updated photographs to follow. Kitchen equipment includes a dishwasher, fridge, freezer, electric oven, hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, cookware and tableware.

The main bedroom has a king-size bed and direct access to a bathroom that is also accessible from the hallway. The office bedroom has a queen-size sofa bed and a dedicated desk. Another bedroom has a trundle bed that converts into a queen and views over greenery. The children's room has three single beds arranged as a bunk and a pull-out.

The main bathroom has a bathtub and double wash basin. The second bathroom has a walk-in rain shower and toilet; there is also a separate toilet elsewhere in the apartment. A washing machine, tumble dryer, central heating, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, towels and bed linen are provided. There is no television.

The apartment is on the second floor of a building with an elevator. Nearby métro line 12 provides connections to destinations including Sacré-Coeur, Le Bon Marché, La Madeleine, Place de la Concorde, the Champs Élysées and Saint-Germain-des-Prés. Children and infants are welcome.
