## About the house

The condo has Spanish colonial styling, mahogany woodwork, an open-plan living and dining area, a TV, and indoor dining for four. The fully equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator, stove and oven, microwave, dishwasher, granite countertops and breakfast-bar seating. Two private outdoor living spaces include a covered garden patio with dining for four and a wraparound balcony with treetop views. Both bedrooms have individual mini-split air conditioning and balcony access; the second bedroom has a dedicated desk and wardrobe. Additional amenities include beach essentials, outdoor furniture, a hammock, a crib, high chair, travel crib, safe, smoke detector, carbon monoxide detector and fire extinguisher. Cleaning during the stay is available.

The beach is approximately 300 metres away. A beach path across the street provides a two-minute stroll to the beach. Downtown Coco is a ten-minute walk along a lit route, and Liberia International Airport is approximately 30 minutes away by car.

Maximum occupancy is four guests. Smoking, pets, events and large parties are not permitted. Community pools are open during daylight hours. Treat the home with care. Longer stays are allowed.
