Maximum occupancy is six guests, and visits beyond the unit's maximum capacity are not permitted. Condominium access is for registered guests; visitors require advance communication and identification for authorization, and unregistered visitors may not stay overnight. Children aged 2–12 and babies are accepted, but cribs are not provided. Smoking indoors, pets and events are prohibited. Quiet hours are 21:00–08:00; loud sound is prohibited from 22:00–08:00. Guests must follow condominium rules and must not hang items from windows, balconies or outdoor areas. Toilet paper must not be disposed of in the toilet. Identification documents are requested after confirmation. Check-in is with a host; check-in from 20:00 to 22:00 incurs a fee, and check-in after 22:00 is not permitted. Extra cleaning and linen changes are available for additional fees.

Beiramar Shopping is 200 m away, Ponte Hercílio Luz is 2.5 km away and Florianópolis International Airport is 17 km away. The apartment is in a condominium with four towers; reaching this unit's tower on foot requires climbing several flights of stairs. The condominium parking is rotational and limited to one space.
