House rules
Maximum occupancy is 4 guests. Only guests included in the reservation may access the condominium. Visits require prior communication and identification for condominium authorization; unregistered visitors may not access the property, and no unregistered person may stay overnight. Children aged 2–12 and babies under 2 are accepted, but cribs are not provided. Smoking indoors, pets and events are not permitted. Quiet hours are from 21:00 to 08:00. Guests must follow condominium rules, including not hanging items on windows, balconies or exterior areas, not flushing toilet paper, and avoiding loud sounds from 22:00 to 08:00. Common areas may be temporarily closed for maintenance. Identification documents for every guest are requested after reservation confirmation. Occasional construction or maintenance noise may occur. Extra cleaning and linen changes are available for an additional cleaning fee.

One garage space is available for small or medium-sized cars.
