House rules
Self check-in is used. Check-in is from 14:00 to 23:00 and check-out is from 00:00 to 10:00; departure after 10:00 may incur an additional night charge. Quiet hours are 21:00–08:00, and high-volume sound is prohibited from 22:00 to 08:00. Children aged 2–12 and infants under 2 are accepted, but cribs are not provided. Smoking indoors, pets, parties and events are not allowed. Only registered guests may access the condominium, and overnight stays by unregistered people are not allowed. Guests must follow condominium rules and provide identification documents for each guest after booking. Package deliveries are not accepted at the property or condominium. Do not hang rugs, towels, clothes or other objects from windows, balconies or outdoor areas. Toilet paper must not be disposed of in the toilet. Common areas may be temporarily closed for maintenance or other reasons determined by the condominium administration.
Getting there
The beach is 400 m away. The studio is in Santo Antônio de Lisboa, Florianópolis.
