Children aged 2–12 and infants under 2 are accepted, but cribs are not provided. Smoking indoors and in the room is prohibited. Pets and events are not permitted. Quiet hours are 21:00–08:00, and loud sound is prohibited from 22:00–08:00. Only registered guests may stay overnight. Visitors must be registered in advance with the property manager and condominium administration. Guests must follow condominium rules, including not hanging items from windows, balconies or exterior areas and not flushing toilet paper. All guests must provide identification documents after the reservation is confirmed. Common areas may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance.
