Children aged 2–12 and babies under 2 are accepted, but no crib is provided. Smoking indoors, pets and events are not allowed. Quiet hours are 21:00–08:00; loud sound is prohibited from 22:00–08:00. Only registered guests may stay overnight. Visitors must be communicated and identified in advance. Deliveries are not accepted at the property or condominium. Guests must follow condominium rules, may not hang items on windows, balconies or outdoor areas, and may not flush toilet paper. Common areas may be temporarily closed for maintenance. Identification documents for every guest are requested after booking. Check-in is self-service without an in-person host. Check-out after 10:00 may incur an additional nightly charge.
