House rules

Maximum occupancy is 2 guests. No smoking indoors, pets or events are allowed. Children aged 2–12 and babies under 2 are accepted, but cribs are not provided. Quiet hours are from 17:00 to 08:00; loud sound is prohibited from 22:00 to 08:00. Only guests identified in the reservation may access the condominium. Visitors require advance communication and identification for authorization, and visitors may not stay overnight. Guests must follow condominium rules, may not hang items from windows, balconies or outdoor areas, and must not dispose of toilet paper in the toilet. Identification documents for each guest are required after confirmation. Common areas may be temporarily closed for maintenance. Check-in is with a host from 14:00 to 20:00; check-in from 20:00 to 22:00 incurs a fee, and check-in after 22:00 is not permitted. Check-out is by 10:00; later departure incurs an additional nightly charge.

The apartment is near the Mercado Público in central Florianópolis. Praça XV de Novembro is 500 m away, Mercado Público de Florianópolis is 800 m away, Armazém Rita Maria is 1.2 km away, Ponte Hercílio Luz is 1.5 km away, Beiramar Shopping is 1.5 km away and Florianópolis International Airport is 15 km away. The building has four towers, and reaching this unit's tower on foot requires climbing several flights of stairs. Condominium parking is rotational.
