Children aged 2–12 and babies under 2 are accepted, but cribs are not provided. Smoking indoors, pets and events are prohibited. Quiet hours are from 21:00 to 08:00; loud sound is prohibited from 22:00 to 08:00. Only registered guests may access the condominium or stay overnight. Visitors require advance communication and identification for authorization. Guests must follow condominium rules and may not hang rugs, towels, clothing or other objects on windows, balconies or outdoor areas. Toilet paper must not be disposed of in the toilet. Guests must turn off air conditioning and lights when leaving. Identification documents for every guest are requested after reservation confirmation. Common areas may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance or other reasons determined by the condominium administration. Additional linen changes and cleaning are available for a fee; included cleaning takes place only at checkout.
