Children aged 2–12 and babies under 2 are accepted, but no crib is provided. Smoking indoors, pets, parties and events are not allowed. Quiet hours are 21:00–08:00; loud sound is prohibited from 22:00–08:00. Only registered guests may access the condominium, and overnight stays by unregistered people are not permitted. Guests must follow condominium rules and schedules. Package deliveries are not accepted at the apartment or condominium. Do not hang rugs, towels, clothing or other objects from windows, balconies or outdoor areas. Do not dispose of toilet paper in the toilet. Identification documents for every guest are requested after the reservation is confirmed. Self check-in is used without an in-person host. Check-out after 10:00 incurs an additional daily charge. Common areas may be temporarily closed for maintenance or other reasons determined by the condominium administration. Occasional noise from construction or maintenance may occur.
