House rules
Children aged 2–12 and babies under 2 are accepted; no crib is provided. Smoking indoors, pets and events are not permitted. Quiet hours are from 21:00 to 08:00, and loud sound is prohibited from 22:00 to 08:00. Only registered guests may access the property or stay overnight. Visitors must be reported in advance and authorized by the condominium administration. Guests must follow condominium rules, may not hang items from windows, balconies or outdoor areas, and may not dispose of toilet paper in the toilet. Identification documents for every guest are requested after confirmation. Common areas may be temporarily closed for maintenance. Occasional noise from condominium or external construction may occur during legally permitted hours. Check-in is with a host from 14:00 to 20:00; check-in between 20:00 and 22:00 has an additional fee, while another rule says check-in after 22:00 is not permitted. Check-out is by 10:00; later departure may incur an additional night charge.
