Maximum occupancy is 3 guests. Visits beyond the unit's maximum capacity are not permitted. Access to the condominium is restricted to registered guests; visitors require prior communication and identification for authorization, and visitors may not stay overnight. Children aged 2–12 and babies are accepted, but cribs are not provided. Smoking indoors, pets and events are prohibited. Quiet hours are 21:00–08:00; loud sound is prohibited from 22:00–08:00. Guests must follow condominium rules and may not hang rugs, towels, clothes or other objects from windows, balconies or outdoor areas. Toilet paper must not be discarded in the toilet. Identification documents for every guest are requested after confirmation. The property requires stays of 90 days or more.
