Before you book
House rules
Smoking is prohibited throughout the property. Pets are not allowed. Room service and laundry service are not provided. Bicycles may be stored securely overnight, not during the day, and may not be taken into guest rooms. Children aged 1–6 stay free and children aged 7–12 receive a 50% reduction when sharing their parents’ room; contact the hotel about travelling with children. A tourist tax of CHF 3.50 per person per night is payable in addition to the room price.
Getting there
The hotel is in Gersau, near Lake Lucerne. The Heidi rooms are on the second floor. There is no lift. Free parking is available, but there are no garage spaces.
