Pets, events and smoking are not allowed. Dispose of all rubbish and leave the property properly tidied before departure; otherwise, €90 will be deducted from the security deposit. Consult the advertiser about possible charges. The mandatory Balearic tourist tax (Ecotasa) applies to guests aged 16 and over: 0.55€ per guest per night in low season and 2.2€ per guest per night in high season. The tax is reduced by half from the ninth day of the stay.
