The house

The house has a front porch with a small garden and a rear patio with a private chlorine pool measuring 8 × 4 m, with depths of 0.9–1.9 m. The patio has six sun loungers, a barbecue, an outdoor shower and a dining table with six chairs. Neighbors are on both sides; lateral enclosure provides privacy for the patio. A furnished terrace is on the upper floor, while the living accommodation is on the ground floor.

The living-dining room has satellite TV and DVD and CD players. The separate kitchen includes a gas stove, dishwasher, microwave, cooking utensils and an oven/stove. A washing machine, iron and ironing board are available. Two bedrooms each have a double bed, and the third has two single beds; all three have wardrobes and air conditioning. A crib and high chair can be provided. Wi-Fi is free, and a change of towels and sheets during the stay is included.

Cala Pi has local services, with further restaurants, bars and shops in Llucmajor, 17 km away. Cala Pi beach is 0.950 km away, and the Talaiotic settlement of Capocorb is 4 km away. Es Trenc and Sa Ràpita are other nearby beaches; Palma offers cultural attractions and shopping.
