The house

The apartment is on the first floor of a building with an elevator and accommodates up to six guests. The living room has a double sofa bed, dining table and chairs, TV and air conditioning. It opens onto a private terrace furnished with a table and chairs for outdoor meals.

The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, toaster, electric kettle, juicer, American coffee machine and moka pot. The master bedroom has a queen-size bed and a large wardrobe. The second bedroom has a single bed with a pull-out single bed; the two can form a queen-size bed. The bathroom has a shower, washbasin, bidet, WC and washing machine. Wi-Fi, an iron, hairdryer and fans are also available.

Desenzano del Garda is on the southern shore of Lake Garda in the province of Brescia. Local sights include Villa Romana, the tenth-century castle and the old harbor. The town has four lake beaches, with opportunities for windsurfing, mountain biking and sailing. Nearby places to explore include Sirmione, Salò, Maderno and Gardone Riviera. Desenzano del Garda station is less than 10 minutes away by car, and Verona airport can be reached in about 30 minutes.

A tourist tax may be payable on arrival or a few days beforehand, depending on local regulations.
